PELLETIZER

The newly developed Die Head Pelletizer will cut and form pellets at the head thus saving space and eliminating the handling problems accompanied with water baths and separate strand pelletizers.

FEEDER

The Extruder features two Feeder ports with removable / exchangeable feeder systems. These feeders are compact units including a primary funnel, the feeding screw shaft and a stirrer rod to keep the funnel ingredients moving.

SCREW

The Screws are of high tensile pre-hardened steel with additional surface hardening to give an optimal mix of toughness and abrasion resistance

Gearbox

The unique Gearbox arrangement allows you to change from a co-rotary to counter-rotary processing.

HOPPER DRYER

The Hopper Dryer allows temporary storage of cut polymers free of water with built-in dryer.
